Blitz chess is a form of chess characterized by significantly fast time controls, typically allowing 5 minutes for the entire game. It requires quick thinking and strong reflexes in addition to strategic play. While the standard chess rules apply, the compressed time limits force players to prioritize speed and efficiency in their decisions, making it a thrilling and popular variant of chess.

RESULTS:
The first Serbian Fest Blitz Chess Tournament was a success, and the turnout exceeded expectations. Eleven players participated, and a large number of children showed interest in this game as well.
The tournament was played according to Berger’s system (everyone against everyone), so that each player played 10 games, and Zoran Jovovic took the title of the first chess player of the tournament. Congratulations!
